Toads are crossing Sweet Briar Lane between Green Farm and for roughly 500m of the lane up towards Dog Corner.

They are trying to reach the two large ponds on this side of the lane. The banks of the lane are steep and the traffic is only single track here which results in a large number of breeding pairs being killed each year.
